Up in the Georgia Mountains, Jack Lance (D-Blairsville) will challenge Stephen Allison (R) for House District 8 seat that was former held by Charles Jenkins (D), who lost to Allison in 2008
Lance is a attorney with Kenya L Patton, P.C. Lance graduated from Union County High in '98 & attended Young Harris College & Georgia State university, majoring in both Political Science & he also attended Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law '08.
He is married to wife Carmen Lance
Lance describes himself as a Bluedog Democrat. Nothing wrong with that my friend!

The only problem with Mr. Lance describing himself as a Bluedog Democrat is that he is not old enough to be one.
Jack Lance is one fine Young man & would be a great Representive for Union County because he is well known in the District & truly cares about the welfare of his fellow citizens. I ran for the State Senate 50th Dist seat in 1998, when he was a Senior in High School & I was most impressed with him as a very young man, so know he's only grown wiser & nicer in the years since.
