Stephen R. Leeds was designated Acting Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration on December 22, 2009.Leeds is the former Secretary of the Democratic Party of Georgia. According to the GSA website, the government agency has a budget of over $16 billion dollars. Glad to see the Obama Administration appointed a Georgia Democrat to fill an important role.
