A new Pew Research poll finds 39% of Republicans think the media is not paying enough attention to allegations that President Obama was not born in the United States, while 27% say they have received the right amount of attention and 26% say they have gotten too much attention.
Among Democrats, 58% say the claims have gotten too much attention from news organizations.
