Carol Porter speaks to Democrats

Carol Porter spoke to the Middle Georgia Democratic Women Club. on the 15th of Aug over in Warner Robins. Topics were water, transportaion, education & a whole number of issues. Dhe spoke in place of her husband, demcoratic candidate for governor DuBose Porter.
