Schafer a no-go for Lt. Governor.
State Senator David Schafer (R) is dropping out of the Lt. Governor's race & will seek re-election to the State Senate. Now with no republican to take on Cagle in the primary, he will be left open for the dems to challenge him on his voting record & to defend the last four years of the Perdue Administration & his 4 years as Lt. Governor. Keep an eye on Tim Golden (D) Valdosta for Lt. Gov.
