Georgia's Unemployment rate is at a all-time high.
Georgia's Unemployment rate is at a all-time high of 8.6%, the highest since January 1976. The previous high was in January 1983 when it was 8.3%. There are 412,770 unemployed Georgians looking for work right now. Albany lost in that span 1,100 jobs a 1.7% chance & Valdosta 1,000 a 1.87% change. Times are really tough here in Georgia, especially in Rural Georgia.
